Directions : start with damp face, scoop, gently massage in circular motions, avoid the delicate skin under and around the eyes, rinse. 

Recommended Use : 2-3 times a week. 

Use dry utensil or clean, dry hand to scoop, keeps water out as well as not introducing bacteria.
